2017 Currituck Home, Flower, and Garden Show-Call for Vendors

The Currituck County Extension Master Gardener Volunteers are hosting the 2017 Currituck County Home, Flower, and Garden Show on Saturday, April 22nd from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This admission free, indoor, public event will be held at the Currituck County Center of the N.C. Cooperative Extension Service located at 120 Community Way in Barco, North Carolina. Each year the show attracts 800 – 1000 visitors from all over Eastern North Carolina and Southeast Virginia. The show offers educational exhibits, yard and garden vendors, and children’s activities.

The Currituck Extension Master Gardener Volunteers are currently taking applications for vendors and educational exhibits until Monday, April 10th, 2017. If you are an individual, organization, business specializing in yard or garden products, landscape service, nursery, or produce market, we would like to invite you to be a vendor at this year’s show. This year’s show theme is “Everyday is Earth Day” showcasing perennials, annuals, fruiting plants, and other planting opportunities. Vendors are encouraged to showcase their own interpretation of the annual theme. Vendor fees apply, but educational spaces are free. Availability is limited and spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

Download the vendor application. For more information about the show please contact Sarah Watts at 252-232-2262, sewatts@ncsu.edu, or stop by the Currituck County Cooperative Extension Center.
