WHERE: Crop Production Services, Shawboro NC
WHEN: February 27, 2018
N.C. Cooperative Extension and NCDA & CS are partnering with Crop Production Services to hold a pesticide collection event on February 27, 2018 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The collection will be coordinated by the NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Pesticide Disposal Program.
FREE! There is no cost associated with this program.
Any pesticides will be collected (insecticides, fungicides, herbicides etc.) that are in original containers and are clearly labeled.
Items not accepted are:
- Non-pesticide, household hazardous waste (HHW) material (paint, oil, gas, drugs, explosives)
- Cylinder – Hard Metal Casing
- Mini Bulks
If you have large volumes of pesticides or containers larger than 5 gallons we ask that you please let us know ahead of time so we can have proper equipment.
