Are you working toward a healthy vegetarian diet? Or do you love to include “Meatless Mondays” into your rotation of meals? Whether you are vegetarian or not join N.C. Cooperative Extension at their first ever “Veggie-licious” cooking class on November 5, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Explore meat substitutes and find new and interesting ways to use vegetables in your diet. This class will be hands-on and we encourage sampling the delicious dishes we prepare.

Pre-registration is required. You can register online or contact the office at 252-232-2261. Class size is limited and reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the $15 class fee. Payments can be made in person at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center or by mailing a check made payable to “Currituck County” to 120 Community Way, Barco, NC 27917. Please include in the memo line “Vegetarian Cooking.”
