Give yourself the gift of guilt-free holidays this year with our Healthy Holiday Cooking Series!  

During the Holiday season, it is hard to eat healthy and still participate in all the usual holiday rituals. Every time you turn around there is another party, pot-luck, or gathering where food and drinks are being served. Our Healthy Holiday series will arm you with tips, tricks, and recipes that will get you and your family through the holiday season healthy and happy. 

Healthy Holiday Series: Appetizers

It seems like the Holiday season is centered around food. Often the same foods over and over again. Spice up your holiday parties with new recipes or impress the hostess with new skills. Join us on November 18, 2019, from 6 to 8 p.m. to enjoy some new recipes, learn some new skills, and find a way to sneak in the healthy foods this holiday season. Class fee is $18.00. Healthy Holiday Series: Desserts 

Tired of the same old holiday desserts? Join us for some new recipes that have a healthy twist. On December 10, 2019, from 6 to 8 p.m. we will experiment with new recipes and explore healthy substitutions. Join us to find something new your family and friends can dig into this holiday! Each class has its own registration link and we ask that you register and pay using that link. Payment can be done online using a credit/debit card through Eventbrite or via check made payable to NC State University. We will gladly help you complete your online registration, please feel free to call us at 252-232-226, and we will walk you through the new registration and payment system.
