Healthy Habits flyer

In honor of American Heart Month and National Children’s Dental Health Month, Chatham County 4-H is offering a one-day program focused on heart and dental health. The tentative schedule is listed below:

9–9:15 a.m.: Arrival/Check-In

9:15–10:15 a.m.: Introductions and Scavenger Hunt

10:15–11:30 a.m.: Healthy Habits (Heart Health)

11:30 a.m.–12:15 p.m.: Lunch

12:15–12:30 p.m.: Stretching and Physical Activity

12:30–1 p.m.: Bingo

1–2:15 p.m.: Healthy Habits (Dental Health)

2:15–3 p.m.: Wrap-Up: Kids Jeopardy

3–3:30 p.m.: Evaluation/Clean-up

3:30 p.m.: Pick-Up
