Succulent Garden Kit

Let's Begin!

Let’s Begin!

Step 1: Clean out the container with soap and water and rinse well.

Step 2: Add about 1 cup or ½ inch of pebbles or stones to bottom of container.

Step 3: Use the included piece of cheese cloth to cover the stones.

Step 4: Put 2 cups of cactus soil mixture into bucket and moisten. You want the soil to form a ball that easily falls apart. (No dripping water)

Step 5: Place the soil in the container and slightly pat it down.

Step 6: Carefully make small holes with your finger where you want to place your plants.

Step 7: Place the plants in the small holes one at time.

Step 8: After putting all the plants in the container use a little more soil to cover the roots so that the plants are in contact with the soil.

Step 9: Cover the soil with pebbles, sand, or stones.

Step 10: Use a spray bottle or soft brush to dust off any soil that fell on the plant.

Bonus: Add your own decorations. Just remember that these plants like bright light and warmth. Bring them inside when it gets cold outside. Water them once a week during the summer using a small amount of water near each plant. Look closely at the plants regularly. If they look puckered or shriveled, then they need water. However, never let them sit in water.

Enjoy your succulent garden!
