Would you like to learn more about horses and horse showing? Join us for our adult horse camp at the beautiful Currituck Rural Center, 184 Milburn Sawyer Road in Powells Point, NC. The camp will be on January 9, 2021, from 10 a.m.–noon, and is designed for adults 19 years and over. Camp will cover prepping for horse shows and horse show divisions, such as halter, showmanship, western, ranch, hunter, and general horse ownership care. The camp is designed for participants to bring their own horse and there will be lots of open discussion on what you would like to learn. The best part is it is free, but space is limited. Registration information will be out in December through Eventbrite at

If you have questions about the registration process, or if you need accommodations for persons with disabilities please contact Tom Harrell at 252-232-2262 or email no later than five business days before the event.
