The Cook Smart Eat Smart Cooking School consists of 4 classes. In each class, we will cover one aspect of cooking as well as a cooking technique. The price of the full cooking school is $40.00 and includes a cookbook as well as tastings of any of the delicious food you prepare. A schedule including the topics to be covered is listed below.

- September 8th: Shopping on a Budget and One-Pot Meals
- September 15th: Meal Planning and Package Meals
- September 29th: Eating Together and Quick Breads
