Description:

Happy Trails will have two one day horse camps June 7th and 21st, 2022 9am -2pm. Happy Trails will be held at the Currituck County Rural Center in Powells Point NC "at the big white barn". Camp is open to youth ages 9-13. Participants will learn basic horse care, riding techniques, different horse breeds and learn about other 4-H horse programs that do not require you the own a horse.

Participants will need to bring a bag lunch a snack and wear closed toed shoes. Bottled water will be provided.

Registration is not complete until you register your child in the 4-H online system. The link to do that is: https://v2.4honline.com/#/user/sign-in .

We also accept cash and check payments in addition to paying via credit card through Eventbrite. Please, make checks payable to NC State University. Checks and cash payments can be received at the Currituck County office, 120 Community Way Barco NC 27917, within 5 days of registration.
