Albemarle Regional Health Services (ARHS) and several hospitals in the Albemarle region, namely ECU Health Bertie, ECU Health Chowan, ECU Health Roanoke-Chowan, and Sentara Albemarle Medical Center are collaborating to complete the comprehensive 2024 Community Health Needs Assessment. The survey aims to gather opinions from the community and network to better understand the health status and needs of the community.
This survey is part of a partnership of 33 counties across Eastern North Carolina, which will use the data to develop programs that will benefit the region. ARHS and the hospitals need your input to create Community Improvement Plans, Strategic Planning, Accreditation, and for grants.
The survey is open to everyone, and we value your thoughts and opinions. The survey will take about 10 minutes, and your answers will be confidential and anonymous. Please complete the survey by the 7th of June and share the link with your friends and family in Pasquotank, Perquimans, Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Bertie, Gates, and Hertford counties. Your participation will be invaluable!
