Horticultural topics including ginger production in high tunnels and fields, cut flower production, growing microgreens, and understanding GAP certification will be presented along with small farm livestock topics including poultry, swine, and small ruminant production and NC Choices. Lunch will be provided and will highlight a very special guest speaking on marketing your small farm successfully.
There will also be time designated to visit with state and federal agricultural agencies and other exhibitors.
