Did you know that hand washing is a critical factor in reducing fecal-oral pathogens that can be transmitted to ready-to-eat foods? Hand driers are allowed by the food code, but paper towels remove more potential pathogens because there is friction involved with wiping hands dry! Please join us April 28th and 29th, 2026 for the full food safety training course. The daily schedule will be from 9am to 5pm which allows for instructional time and includes time to sit for the exam.
