Mills River Park is located on Hwy 191 in Mills River, NC
We are delighted to see signs that the garden is waking up!
Some activities in the month ahead include:
Designing a new arbor for the garden entrance
Incorporating a Bee House to be donated by the Girl Scouts
Planting new/dividing some perennials
Weeding/spreading additional mulch
Adding small signage for visitors to be able to identify the plants/trees
In June the Park will be having an official Open House for the pollinator garden as we celebrate Pollinator Week/Month (date TBA).

Weather permitting, we will be working Wednesdays starting March 13th from 9-11 a.m. If anyone is interested in helping/visiting, please join us! The garden is located at 124 Town Center Drive, Mills River. Enter the park and turn at the first parking area on the right, the garden is next to the old fireplace.
