Collapse ▲Are you making plans to keep honey bees in 2024? Or just interested in what it would take to become a beekeeper? Then join us for our Beginning Beekeeping series. We will be meeting in person from noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Currituck County Extension Center on January 30, February 6, February 20, and February 27, 2024 to learn about honey bees and what is needed to be a successful beekeeper. A Zoom option is available for those who cannot make it in person. Additional times will be scheduled for hands on activities inspecting and managing the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center beehives based on appropriate weather.
