The Discover 4-H workshops are engaging programs designed to introduce youth to the wide range of opportunities available through 4-H. These hands-on, interactive workshops cover various topics, including science, agriculture, arts, leadership, and more, allowing participants to explore their interests while building valuable skills. Open to youth ages 5-7 and 8-10, this program allows for creative knowledge and skill development in a supportive and fun environment. Whether participants are new to 4-H or seasoned members, the workshops provide a platform for learning and personal growth, while emphasizing the 4-H motto of "Learning by Doing." Join us on September 5th from 5:30 to 7:30pm as we learn about the fun world of weather science.
September Discover 4-H
September 5th
Our youth program is brewing up an exciting adventure where young meteorologists will dive into the science of weather. Kids will get hands-on as they create a real rainstorm in a jar, watching the water cycle unfold before their eyes. But the fun doesn't stop there – they'll also unleash their creativity by making a weather-inspired art project to take home. Join us for an afternoon of scientific discovery and artistic expression!
