Pick fresh blueberries, then turn your harvest into a delicious three-course meal—farm fun meets hands-on cooking in one tasty adventure!

Get ready for a berry fun adventure! Youth ages 8–14 will head to the blueberry farm to see how these tasty little berries grow from flower to fruit. Participants will explore the fields, learn cool facts about pollinators and plants, and pick their own fresh blueberries straight from the bush. Then the fun moves from the field to the kitchen as youth use their freshly picked berries to create a full blueberry inspired menu from appetizer to dessert.

The registration fee may be paid online through Eventbrite or you may pay with cash or check. Cash and check payments need to be received within five days of your registration. If you are paying by check please make it payable to NCSU, and mail it to NCCE 120 Community Way Barco NC 27917.

Registration is not complete until your child is enrolled in NC 4-H for the 2026 program year. The link to do that is https://v2.4honline.com/ .
