Join us as we learn about nature & the fascinating world we live in. We will learn about animals and their adaptations they make to survive.

This engaging 4-H program for youth ages 8–12 explores the fascinating world of trees, wildlife, and ecosystems. Participants will learn how to identify different trees by examining their leaves, bark, and overall structure, while also discovering how trees serve as important habitats for many animals. The program will dive into animal adaptations, helping youth understand how different species survive and thrive in their environments. In addition, participants will explore relationships between living things, including commensalism, mutualism, and parasitism, gaining a deeper understanding of how plants and animals interact in nature. Through hands-on activities and outdoor exploration, youth will build knowledge, curiosity, and respect for the natural world.
