Create something small with a big impact! In this hands-on class, youth will explore the art and science of bonsai—learning how to shape, prune, and care for their very own miniature tree. Participants will discover how plants grow, practice creative design techniques, and gain patience and responsibility while bringing their tiny tree to life. They will also learn about plant selection, proper pruning and shaping and styling techniques. Each participant will start their own bonsai to take home and continue growing!
