Food Safety Training
Safe Plates for Community Meal Events for library employees: "Community Meal Events training program is designed for volunteer food workers and organizations that hold meal events and/or food fundraisers, such as churches, neighborhood associations, and community centers. This training will cover the principles of food safety and teach participants how to maintain food safety in a variety of meal event scenarios. This curriculum teaches basic food safety principles, personal health and hygiene, and how to plan a successful and safe community meal event."
