Forager's Garden: Growing Wild Edibles
Whether for enjoyment or necessity, foraging for edible plants is a rewarding way to supplement your diet with foods that are both nutritious and flavorful. Participants will learn how to confidently identify, harvest, and utilize a variety of abundant wild edibles found in our area. In addition to edible uses, many of these plants also offer valuable health benefits, allowing you to incorporate both nourishing foods and simple, natural remedies into your daily life.
