From the bee hive to the bottle, we will harvest honey at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center on June 10, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to noon .  This hands-on workshop will cover selecting bee hive frames for harvest extraction procedures, along with honey quality assessment, bottling and proper labeling.

This workshop is for beekeepers and people interested in beekeeping.  Youth over age 10 are welcome if accompanied by an adult. Bee suits will be provided, but please bring your own if you have one.
