N.C. Cooperative Extension Currituck County Center is hosting a Propagation by Layering Workshop on Tuesday, May 10, from 2:00 to 3:30 at the Currituck County Extension Office, located at 120 Community Way in Barco. One of the simplest methods of propagating plants is layering. This workshop will teach you the techniques to successfully propagate your prized plants into healthy vibrant new plants. Most gardeners have an heirloom vine, shrub, or houseplant they wish to propagate for planting at home or distributing among friends and family.
