Job Description The FCS Program Assistant will work in partnership with the Family Consumer Science Extension Agent to offer research-based educational information that will help individuals and families improve their lives, and provide leadership to the Extension and Community Association to build a stronger community. The major task is to reduce the childhood obesity epidemic by working with youth ages 0-18 to improve their knowledge of nutrition and overall personal health and wellness.
