Herbs in Pots advertising Gardening and Cooking with Herbs class

Are you tired of cooking the same meals? Do you need ideas to spice up your cuisine? Maybe you just need help finding quality herbs? If any of these questions apply to you, or if you’re interested in learning more cooking or gardening techniques, then N.C. Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center has the class for you! Starting on August 9, 2021, we will be offering an online, on-demand gardening and cooking with herbs class. We’ll have videos and research-based resources to help you start your own herb garden, and then learn to cook with it. We’ll cover herbs 101, how to make a mason jar herb garden, and then learn how to utilize herbs in drinks, desserts, and salads.
