Not only do houseplants add a splash of color to your home, but they’ve proven to be an instant mood booster, and they do wonders for your overall well being. Owning houseplants can reduce psychological and physiological stress, as well as aid in concentration and increase productivity. Plus, houseplants act like natural air purifiers, by helping to keep indoor air clean by reducing toxins.
