Join this year’s Sustainable and Organic Small Farm Bus tour September 8 – 9, 2025! Spend two enriching days of peer learning and networking as we explore successful sustainable, regenerative, and organic farming practices on small farms in southeastern North Carolina.

This year’s tour will visit a diverse mix of small farms in Pender, Bladen, New Hanover, Brunswick and Duplin counties. You’ll have the opportunity to see firsthand how local farmers are innovating with livestock, fruit and vegetable production, and field crops. The tour includes visits to eight farms, with a strong emphasis on practical learning and community-building.

Whether you’re a beginning or experienced farmer, this tour offers a wealth of on-the-ground, real-time insights and the chance to share experiences with fellow growers and Extension Agents and Specialists.

Early bird tickets are on sale through Eventbrite until August 1, 2025 for $30 per person and include two nights lodging (September 7, and 8), two day tour bus ride, lunches on both tour days, and a zippered portfolio for note taking. After August 1, 2025 ticket price will be $40 per person.

Once you have ordered your ticket on Eventbrite, you will receive an email to provide additional information that will complete your registration. Your registration is NOT complete until you have provided the additional information.
