Join us on Wednesday, July 24, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. for an enchanting terrarium-making class at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center, located at 120 Community Way Barco, NC 27917. Immerse yourself in the art of designing and assembling your own miniature garden within a glass container. Under the expert guidance of our instructors, you’ll learn how to select the right plants, create a balanced ecosystem, and maintain your terrarium for long-lasting beauty. With all the materials provided, this hands-on workshop is perfect for both beginners and experienced gardeners looking to add a unique, low-maintenance touch of nature to their home or office. Don’t miss this opportunity to craft your personalized green oasis and connect with fellow plant enthusiasts!

The fee is $40.00 and includes instruction, a container, a set of stainless steel tools, plants, and all the materials necessary to create your terrarium. Register for this event using Eventbrite. We accept cash and check payments in addition to paying via credit card through Eventbrite. Please, make checks payable to NCSU. Checks and cash payments can be received at the Currituck Extension Office located at 120 Community Way Barco, NC 27917, within 5 days of registration. Class size is limited and full registration, including payment, is required to hold your spot.
